Hey y’all, we’re Cory & Gina Mitchell, better known as The Beard & The Gal. We’re restauranteurs turned private chefs, who also ma & pop at the Holland Farmers Market, selling our artisan sourdough, ready-to-eat brunch and packaged food. After six years of working in a private commercial kitchen, we’re thrilled to share that we’re opening our Bakehouse and Market in Zeeland, MI. We will be open for holiday pick-ups and pop-up’s and fully operational in January. You’ll be able to enjoy ready-to-eat brunch, grab-and-go soups, salads, sandwiches and more. Our market will feature 100% Michigan farms, artisans and small businesses. In the evenings our space transforms into private dining, where you can experience a 4-course meal made using as many local farms and artisans as we can into one dish. We’re thrilled to create a space for our community to enjoy, while supporting and featuring as many of the incredible small businesses and farms that we can.
